Prof. Wei Guo, a professor and doctoral supervisor at Central South University. He is the director of the High Speed Rail Shaking Table Laboratory, who ever won the Excellent Young Scientist Fund of China. He visited the University of California, Berkeley (Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center) and the University of British Columbia in 2016-2017.
