Alan and Cord are two average-bodied gym rats that find a flyer posted at their local gym with an advertisement for a clinical trial that focuses on fitness. With the hopes of gaining some muscle mass and increasing their physical performance, they decide to join the trial. Shortly after they begin the program, they are discretely warned by one of the host facility's janitors to quit and never come back.
