Realizing Effective Spiritual Triumphs, "R.E.S.T," is the first in a new series of resource books offering spiritual guidance for you to grow your relationship with God as you begin tapping into your spiritual connection with him. R.E.S.T will assist you in revealing areas of your life where your air traffic controller, meaning you, dictate whether you fly, flutter, or flop through a situation based on your point of reference associated with the situation. R.E.S.T will identify those areas in your life where you willingly and boldly decide to do the work to be a better person. Dr. Square-Smith exposes how her journey through being a broken spirit affected her soul and mind producing truths via the lens of her own reality, perceptions, perspectives, and blessings.
