Elaine Patterson is an international Executive Coach and Coaching Supervisor, Reflective Thinking Partner and Writer at the Centre for Reflection and Creativity Ltd. Based on the author's research, her own story, and the latest thinking in such diverse spheres as relational dynamics, mindfulness, adult learning, creativity, systems thinking, psychology, and the arts, Reflect to Create! helps you to achieve crafted change by first owning your own humanity.
Elaine's vision is to bring the creative powers of reflection - and reflective learning - to an international audience of leaders and people professionals for wise living and working in today's constantly changing world.
Elaine has over 30 years experience of learning and leading in highly political complex organisations. Elaine has an MA in Executive Coaching. She is an Accredited Master Executive Coach with the Association of Coaching and European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is also an Accredited Supervisor with the Coaching Supervision Academy and European Coaching and Mentoring Council. She is MBTI Part I and EQi accredited and is Fellow with the Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce. Elaine is a keen Nordic Walker and lives in London and the Lake District.
