This is the primary power, and with this energy, the material world (i.e., matter) is created. It is not related or limited to any religion or caste. Reiki is advantageous for all living and nonliving matter.
This basic energy is wholly responsible for the evolution of mankind and ones spiritual progress. Reiki helps to keep the body and mind healthy. The six enemiesanger, greed, lust, fear, jealousy, and envyare big roadblocks in the way of lifes progress, which can be eradicated with the help of reiki. By connecting the energy of our inner conscience with the universal energy, we can overcome diseases, low confidence levels, personality disorders, lifes dissatisfactions, fear and mental restlessness, etc., through reiki initiation and dedicated practice. Reiki changes ones outlook toward life and makes ones existence meaningful and complete in this widespread universe.
