After the death of her mother, Nancy is relocated to a place she's never known existed: her family's ancestral home, the haunted Spottswood Mansion, located in the quiet hamlet of Summer's End Louisana. Starting school at Talbot High without knowing anyone can be challenging. During a sleepover, the girls hold a séance and discover the Liber Magicorum, an ancient spell book in a hidden room. Using the spell book, Nancy and her friends cast a popularity spell, reversing the social structure of Talbot High. Now, the Outcasts are the popular girls. However, not everyone is happy with recent events, and with every spell the girls cast, dire consequences emerge, especially when the Posh girls steal the Liber Magicorum and threaten the students of Talbot High.
