A Girl's Week Gone Wrong
Sarah and her best friend Amanda are happily planning a girls-only week in Snow Falls, Alaska while both of their husbands are out of town. But when the whole town comes down with the flu, and a dead man turns up in Sarah's cozy coffee shop, she has no choice but to take charge of the police station.
An Elaborate Entanglement
Strangest of all, the three sweet and harmless old ladies claim they killed the dead man and an old Snow Falls family feud rears its ugly head from the frontier days. With each new development, Sarah and Amanda tumble head-first into a strange case with more twists and turns than they realize.
A Surge in the Storm
Just when Sarah begins to close in on the answers, the snowstorm turns deadly, trapping her and Amanda inside the police station while the killer roams free in town. Determined not to give up, can Sarah find a way to chase down the killer before three more murders happen on her watch?
In a previous life, Wendy worked as a Graphic Designer, earning her Graphic Design Certification at the prestigious New York based Sessions School of Design. With this valuable artistic background, she designs her own book covers. In fact, she began writing fiction soon after designing numerous book covers for other fiction authors.
When she isn't writing about female detectives and their tactful crime solving, you can find Wendy either tending to her hobby farm, playing video games, relaxing on her back porch, or coloring in her growing collection of adult coloring books. She also loves spending quality time with her husband, two sons, two cats, and one adorable Labradoodle. Together, they call "The Granite State" home sweet home.
