He has led transformations as President & CEO for companies including UltiSat (a subsidiary of Speedcast), Peraton Communications, DataPath, and Harris CapRock Government Solutions. David is Chairman Emeritus and former President of the Space & Satellite Professionals International (SSPI) industry association. He holds an MBA from Rice University in Technology Marketing and dual bachelor's degrees in Business and International Relations from Southern Methodist University. David is currently a participant in the Master of Space Operations (MSPO) program at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
