The inspiration for this work was simple enough... due to the help I gave to my friends they insisted that I should write 'all this stuff' down...lol and I put it off for a long time. I just honestly never felt like I was 'qualified' to be a writer.. ya know? And then that turned into more of an annoyance to my friends who really took the time to drill it into me that I had all the necessary skill set to do this. So in an effort to dually write something of interest, and not drive myself to boredom supreme, I wrote the instructions on 6 pages.. one for each sense! It was that concise! And I gave it to them to start working on it to see if this is what they wanted...

Yea... not so much. I remember one friend telling me they needed to have their home page set to google words every time they took up a page to read it! Hahaha! I eventually broke down and started writing something more palatable and as I began testing the material with students this version you have in front of you began to take shape and unfold.
