Casey Koteen is the editor of TransWorld SURF. A longtime surfer, editor, and writer, he lives in Cardiff, California with his wife and two children. Photo Editor Aaron Checkwood is TransWorld SURF's photo editor. He contributed photographs, as well as curating the balance of the images. Checkwood recently published My Oceanside, a book celebrating his hometown.
