Monika Schuster ist gelernte Köchin und Küchenmeisterin, die u.a. auch die Ladengastronomie des renommierten Feinschmeckerparadieses "Dallmayr" in München leitete. Neben Rezeptentwicklungen für Eckart Witzigmann und zahlreiche Industriekunden arbeitet Monika Schuster auch als Food-Stylistin für GU. Seit 1996 gibt sie Kurse in Kochschulen und kennt daher genau die Fragen und Nöte von Hobbyköchen. Für die Kochschule No.1 hat sie sämtliche Rezepte neu entwickelt.Anna Cavelius (M.A. Philosophie) studierte Philosophie und Geschichte in München, Siena und Salamanca. Seit 1995 schreibt sie als Autorin, Journalistin und Ghostwriterin über Gesundheits- und Lifestylethemen sowie Kulinaria. So ist sie unter anderem Co-Autorin der erfolgreichen Schlank-im-Schlaf-Reihe mit Bestsellerautor Dr. med. Detlef Pape. Als Ghostwriterin arbeitete sie mit Prominenten wie Uschi Obermaier und dem Ehepaar Viktoria und Heiner Lauterbach sowie Spitzenköchen wie Johann Lafer, Sarah Wiener, Thomas Thielemann oder Holger Stromberg zusammen. Sie kann sich begeistern für Ihre Familie, Freunde und Katzen und das Leben im Kleinen wie im Großen.
