THE ART OF WHOLENESS, WELLNESS & HEALTHY LIVING (ePub)

Healthy Living has eluded us for so many years. It seems the closer we thought we were to it, the further away it flew. It would seem that "no one" can get a complete handle on exactly what is Healthy Living and how one should attain the same.

This may be what is responsible for why we could hardly put a finger on anything as the way to go towards healthy living. Every day, we are inundated with several "myths", "studies", and "research" that approbate and reprobate on the subject of healthy living.

Indeed one of my participants asked a very interesting question when called on to join our program. She asked how many would she do. A pang of frustration indicated she'd done so many of them with little or no results.
Just when we thought we had finally put a wrap on it, like a slippery catfish, it dribbles past us again and we are practically back where we started.

There does not seem to be any "go-to book" that has all the answers, like a turnkey completed project that we can follow as a guide.

Everyone seems to contradict each other and while these contradictions are raging, so many people are falling sick and dying as we continue to fish in mucky water to ascertain exactly what way we are supposed to lead a life that would make us sickness and disease-free!!!
