A man comes to Tofino to find peace and solitude in a small coastal village town. He is taking a break from the big city life, taking time to clear his head after getting dumped at the altar, and to focus on his real passions - writing and photography.
But he stumbles upon a local legend of "The Beast of Tofino", a mysterious Sea Monster who terrorizes the small town with ferocious storms.
As he unravels the mystery he encounters a beautiful, but mysterious local woman. As he gets closer to her he realizes that the woman, the legend, the town, and the mystery are interconnected.
I hate talking about myself, it's my least favorite subject.
All I will say about myself is that in the poem by Frost "The Road Not Taken", I took neither path. I went right through the forest and created my own path, and have the scars to prove it.
