Sieglinde Gstöhl is Director of the Department of EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies at the College of Europe in Bruges.
Erwan Lannon is Professor in European Law at the Faculty of Law of Ghent University and Visiting Professor at the College of Europe (Bruges and Natolin).
