Dr. Ilan Oshri is Professor of Technology and Globalisation at Loughborough School of Business and Economics. He is also the Director of the Centre for Global Sourcing and Services at Loughborough University. Dr. Julia Kotlarsky is Professor of Technology and Global Sourcing at Aston Business School, UK. Her research and consultancy work revolves around outsourcing and offshoring of services, globally distributed teams, knowledge and innovation. Julia is a regular presenter in international conferences and conventions. She published her work in numerous academic and professional journal including The Wall Street Journal, MIS Quarterly, European Journal of Information Systems, Journal of Information Technology, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, MISQ Executive and others. Dr. Leslie Willcocks is Professor of Technology Work and Globalization at the London School of Economics and Political Science and director of The Outsourcing Unit there. He is known for his work on global sourcing, information management, IT evaluation, e-business, organizational transformation as well as for his practitioner contributions to many corporations and government agencies. He is an Associate Fellow at Green-Templeton College, University of Oxford.
