After previously publishing the book, The Simple Way to Start the GF/CF Diet, I realized that much time has passed and new information has come into play. Purchasing and making Gluten Free Casein Free food is not as daunting as it used to be. As I was deciding whether to give this book a facelift, my daughter, Victoria, asked if she could share her story about living with autism and her opinions on the diet. We decided that we should tell our story - about living with autism and the diet. We share our joy, sorrow, laughter, and love as well as some of our favorite recipes. She is now an adult, and I treasure every moment we have shared on this journey and look forward to many more!We hope you enjoy reading about our journey as much as we have enjoyed sharing it.
