With a specialty in Sleep Disorders, Dr. Breus is one of only 163 psychologists in the world with his credentials and distinction. Dr Breus pens a monthly column in WebMD magazine, 'Sleep Matters' and writes regularly for WebMD, The Huffington Post and Psychology Today. He is also the author of The Sleep Doctor's Diet Plan and Beauty Sleep.
