Alexandra lives and works with her family in Berlin and Aruba.She has been studying and practicing yoga and qigong for over 25 years. In the last 20 years she has learned the most important energy healing and self-cultivation techniques from several Asian masters and grandmasters.
She passes on her knowledge in workshops and courses in her "Center for Qi -Training" in Berlin.
In 2020 Alexandra published her first book "Fit & healthy through Qi-Training" (The concept to increase your vital energy) / "Gesund & Fit durch Qi-Training" (german version). 2021 her second book "The Secret of Longevity" (Exercises to increase your energy flow) / "Pro-Aging mit mehr Energie" (german version) is published.
