Hans Christian Andersen urodzil sie w 1805 r. w dunskim miescie Odense, zmarl w 1875 r. w Kopenhadze. Swiatowa slawe zyskal dzieki swoim basniom literackim, takim jak "Mala Syrena", "Nowe ubrania cesarza" i "Brzydkie kaczatko". Basn "Dzikie labedzie" ukazala sie po raz pierwszy w 1838 roku. Zostal przetlumaczony na ponad sto jezyków i zaadaptowany na szeroki zakres mediów, w tym: teatr, film i musical.Ulrich Renz urodzil sie w 1960 roku w Stuttgarcie (Niemcy). Po studiach literatury francuskiej w Paryzu i medycyny w Lubece, byl kierownikiem wydawnictwa naukowego. A obecnie jako autor niezalezny, obok literatury fachowej, pisze ksiazki dla dzieci i mlodziezy.
Marc Robitzky, urodzony w 1973 roku, studiowal w HTK w Hamburgu, i w Academy of Visual Arts we Frankfurcie. Pracuje jako niezalezny ilustrator i Designer w Aschaffenburgu (Niemcy).
