Shea Arender is a man of many talents. He is a Tony Nominated Associate Producer, International entrepreneur, and entertainer. In 2015, Shea was the recipient of the International Peace Award from the United Nations. As a former CEO of the Las Vegas Symphony Orchestra, he turned the struggling, barely-existing Vegas Symphony into a world-class hub of original programming including his original creations of the world's largest Elvis Presley-based production, "The King Symphonic" and "Sons of Mozart - The Untold Musical Journeys."Between running companies and hosting Entertainment Productions around the world, Shea began to realize the importance of mental, spiritual, and physical health. Even though he has a degree in business management and a minor in psychology, his work in the music and entertainment industry has helped him realize how broken and tormented the industry has become. He even fell victim to the entanglement of the world for a time. During and after Covid, he had a chance to slow down, re-evaluate his priorities, and redirect his energies into becoming the best version of himself that he could be. It was during this time of reflection and study that the Total Life Champion concept was born.He has written these guides from personal experience during his quest to master all aspects of his life as he pursues excellence in all areas. It has become his passion to continue the path of excellence and share it with the world.
