The Unofficial Gospel of Thomas is a post-modern reinterpretation of the lost gospel of Thomas. Today, thanks to the discovery of the Nag Hammadi Library in Egypt in 1945, the gospel of Thomas made its way back into public view and the Unofficial Gospel of Thomas shines an even more current light on the gnostic gospel. Using a contemporary language, the gospel of Thomas is rewritten.
