Autoren-Porträt
Hans Peter Hahn is professor of anthropology at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main. His research interests include material culture and globalisation. In addition to international museum cooperation projects, he has conducted ethnographic research on migration in West Africa, consumer goods and mobile phones.Kristin Kastner (Dr. phil.) is research assistant at the Goethe-University Frankfurt am Main (Germany). She has recently completed her doctoral thesis on Nigerian migrants on their way to Europe. Her research interests include the anthropology of the body, anthropology of borders, mobility and migration.
