Sarah Braun wurde 1984 in Süddeutschland geboren und von Kindesbeinen an zeigt sie eine große Leidenschaft für Bücher und das Lesen. Dies ist eine Konstante in ihrem sonst eher abwechslungsreichen Leben.Mit dem Erwachsenwerden beginnt sie ihre innere Vielfalt zu leben: Sie probiert sich in den unterschiedlichsten Berufen aus, lebt in, arbeitet und bereist über 20 Länder auf vier Kontinenten.
Heute lebt sie mit ihrer Familie - zusammen mit sieben Hühnern und einer Wachtelgruppe - im Schwarzwald, ist Mitglied einer Solidarischen Landwirtschaft und backt ihr Sauerteigbrot aus frisch gemahlenem Mehl selbst. Sarah Braun ist davon überzeugt, dass wahre Veränderung dort entsteht, wo sie aktiv gelebt wird. Ihr Buch dient dazu, die Leser zu inspirieren und zu motivieren.
