Ishmerai: Leader of the Sha'Mar brotherhood and father of Irijah. His reputation as a commander in a past life has allowed the guild to expand in influence while it also garnered much controversy with Ottoman officials.
Adriel: An exceptional marksman who is only a year older than Irijah and his loyal friend among the Sha'Mar. It was he who taught him how to use a crossbow with great proficiency.
