I made a lot of notes and plans when developing a complete remodeling of my lifestyle and time management. I used different techniques, some were more effective, others less. After a few months of making further changes, I began to feel better, look better, I had more time for family and friends, and most importantly, I finally felt that I had control over it all. My friends asked me how it is possible that you do so much and you have time for everything ...

Then I realized that in order to answer this question I would have to write a book that would guide them step by step what to change in their lives, to
