Trying to piece together a pro bike to even the playing field and earn his way into his first magazine. Only to get that chance on the one day he didn't have his bike at Lakewood Skatepark. No problem for Eddie, he just would make the most of the opportunity by running home 5 miles to get his bike to ride back the same 5 miles in hopes photographer Bob Osborn would still be at the skatepark.

Eddie Fiola would become the biggest name in BMX Freestyle in no time. With his new found stardom, Eddie would be asked to share his story for a BMX movie that would be based loosely off of Eddie's life. He would get to ride in the movie as himself, but more importantly do most of the stunt work for the main character, Cru, as well as stunts for Luke and Christian in the film RAD.

When BMX went out of favor, Eddie would lose his sponsorships, even his main sponsor GT. Fiola had to reinvent himself, so he started at the bottom and interned for years as a Hollywood stunt guy.
