The novel follows the planning and execution of the terrorist attack against World Trade Center on september 11th 2001. The novel is fiction, based upon the real events that took place on september 11th 2001.

Claus Bork er født 15. november 1951 og bosat i Skånes Fagerhult i Sverige.Han har ved siden af sin uddannelse som bygningskonstruktør BTH og sit 35-årige virke på danske byggepladser skrevet 14 romaner, hvoraf de 10 er ungdomsbøger indenfor fantasy-genren. De sidste 4 er 3 voksenromaner, heraf er de 2 fantasy og nu Spin.
Tidligere forsanger, tekstforfatter og komponist i rockgrupperne Reflex og Clockwork Orange fra København. Idag komponist i sit eget projekt Retrolife i studiet i Sverige.
Far til 4 voksne børn og farfar til 3 børnebørn.
