Next, in track 2—Directed Meditation—you will undergo another chakra-balance induction and then be invited to remain in quiet during open meditation time, allowing understanding and awareness to come in, before a final chakra-cleansing closing. In this way, the reenergizing effects of track 1 will continue to be reinforced, and the result will be a newfound sense of aliveness and expanded awareness upon awakening.
