Samantha introduces you the specific breathing pattern in the first two tracks. In the remaining audio tracks, Samantha guides you on six separate breathwork journeys, each lasting approximately 25 minutes. Each journey has accompanying percussion and healing music.
Breathwork is not recommend for pregnant women. Also, if you have any medical conditions or are currently taking medication, please consult your doctor before starting breathwork. Medical conditions may include, but are not limited to, high blood pressure, depression, PTSD, kidney disease, heart disease, chronic panic attacks, and asthma.
