In track 2—Awaken and Symbol Therapy—you will remain awake and be given some information about Psychosynthesis, which is a powerful form of psychotherapy. You will also be told about "Symbol Therapy," in preparation for track 3.
Finally, in track 3—Reconstructing the Cabin Mind Programming Meditation—you will invoke the power of symbols to generate transformative mind programming. Step-by-step, you'll visually reconstruct an inherited cabin to create a mountain retreat. As you vividly imagine yourself making each repair, you can focus your chaotic unconscious energies to symbolically reconstruct your life. By using this session regularly, you can expect to feel more organized, integrated, and ready to take on new responsibilities.
