Here the two imperial "Cabinet Letters for Bohemia " are of particular importance for the Czech middle classes. For Croatia, the "Petitions of Rights of the National Movement of the Triune Kingdom of Dalmatia, Croatia and Slavonia", and for Slovenia, the "Programme of United Slovenia" are of pre-eminent significance.
