M. Y. Yusliza is Professor in Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Development, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. She has presented papers at various international and national conferences and published more than 100 articles in peer-reviewed international journals, with an H-index of (Scopus) = 20 and H-Index (Web of Science) = 16. Her research interests are organizational and behavioural studies, human resource management (HRM), green HRM, employee green behavior, and green intellectual capital. Douglas Renwick is Associate Professor at Nottingham Business School, UK, where he undertakes research in green HRM, sustainable work and green jobs. His edited research text on green HR was first published in 2018. He is an editorial board member of Employee Relations, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, and HRM Section Editor for Sustainability Letters, EU. He is an Invited Senior Fellow at Rennes Business School, France, EU.
