Dr. Rahul S Mor is Assistant Professor at the Dept. of Food Engineering, National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Sonepat, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Production Engineering, specializing in Food Supply Chain & Operations Analytics. His research has appeared in over 50 international refereed journals & conferences, and Chapters & Books in Springer, CRC, T&F, IGI, etc. His recent research focuses on 'Managing disruptions due to COVID-19, Benchmarking, Novel food processing, and Performance analysis in food industry'.
