Autoren-Porträt
Jean Pierre Gabriel, Fotograf und Food-Schreiber, hat dreieinhalb Jahre lang jede Region Thailands besucht, um diese einzigartige Sammlung an Rezepten der Thaiküche zu versammeln. Während seiner Reise besuchte Gabriel die Einheimischen zu Hause, die Thaiköche in ihren Restaurants, streifte auf Märkten umher, um Köstlichkeiten in diesem Kochbuch zusammenzubringen, von einfachem thailändischem Streetfood zu elaborierter Palast-Cuisine.
