Dr. Shyamasree Ghosh is currently a Scientific Officer (F) at the School of Biological Sciences, National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar. She graduated from the Presidency College Kolkata in 1998 with Hons in Zoology with Chemistry and Physiology and was awarded a prestigious National Scholarship from the Govt. of India. She received her postgraduate degree in Biotechnology from Calcutta University, ranking second at the University in the year 2000.
