He is a tech entrepreneur of Jiangsu Province, the Vice Chairman of Rail Transit Finance and Economic Forum of Jiangsu Province, the member of Expert Committee for Urban Rail Transit Engineering Quality and Safety of Jiangsu Province, and the Vice Chairman of Shield Remanufacturing Innovation Strategic Alliance under Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. He was awarded the Top 100 Science & Technology Stars in Wuxi, Outstanding Entrepreneur in Wuxi, Model Worker in Wuxi, and CREC Top Ten Prominent Youths. He won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, the National Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Award, the China Standard Innovation Contribution Award, the Provincial-level Science and Technology Innovation Award, and the CREC Science and Technology Innovation Award.
