Zhaoquan Wang is the general manager and a senior engineer of Shaoxing Panshi Foundation Co., Ltd. He is the member of the Professional Committee of the China Society of Trenchless Technology. In 2000, he began to engage in the theoretical and practical research of trenchless pipe-jacking construction technology. In 2001, he co-founded a Sino-Japanese joint venture trenchless construction enterprise. By the end of 2003, he successively introduced 12 sets of ISE mud-water balance pipe-jacking machines, trained a large number of first-line pipe-jacking machine operators by using the self-writing teaching materials, and cooperated with Japanese technical experts to develop a mud-water balance pipe-jacking machine suitable for Chinese soil layers.
