Given the length of time that negotiations have occurred, a new generation of students and practitioners will need to understand the complex processes that produced many of our environmental treaties. Anne's work in environmental finance spans thirteen years and includes such programs as the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, US EPA's Acid Rain Trading Program, Emission Reduction Credits, California Reclaim, and Texas Renewable Energy Credits (RECs).
Dr. Egelston served as the co-chair of the American Coal Ash Associations GHG Emission Trading Team from 2008 - 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Global Affairs from Rutgers University - Newark.
